CONDITIONS D'UTILISATION DU SITE WEB ET PROTECTION DES DONNÉES PERSONNELLES

Article 1.

(1) du contenu des Sites. L’Entreprise ne garantit pas l’exactitude, la suffisance ou l’exhaustivité des informations figurant sur les Sites. Les informations disponibles sur les Sites, notamment celles relatives aux produits et services proposés à la vente, sont susceptibles d’être modifiées sans avis préalable. L’Entreprise apporte le plus grand soin à la création, à la mise à jour et à la maintenance du site. Si l’Utilisateur devait néanmoins constater, sur le site, la présence d’une information inexacte ou obsolète ou d’un contenu préjudiciable ou illicite, ou s’il devait estimer qu’un de ses droits (intellectuels ou autres) a été violé, il est instamment prié de le signaler ;

(2) de l’utilisation qui est faite des Sites ;

(3) de la sécurité des Sites. Cette disposition s’applique notamment aux éventuels virus, erreurs ou fraudes informatiques ;

de inhoud van de Websites. De Vennootschap waarborgt niet de juistheid, geschiktheid of volledigheid van de informatie die op de Websites voorkomt. De informatie die beschikbaar is op de Websites, met inbegrip van de informatie met betrekking tot producten en diensten die te koop worden aangeboden, kan zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd. De Vennootschap besteedt de grootste zorg aan het opstellen, actualiseren en onderhouden van de website. Indien de Gebruiker desalniettemin onnauwkeurige of verouderde informatie, of schadelijke of onwettige inhoud op de website opmerkt, of van mening is dat één van zijn/haar rechten (intellectuele of andere) werd geschonden, wordt hij/zij sterk verzocht dit te melden;

het gebruik dat van de Websites wordt gemaakt;

de beveiliging van de Websites. Deze bepaling geldt in het bijzonder voor mogelijke virussen, fouten of informaticafraude;

The Company and the User undertake to comply with the applicable legislation governing the processing of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

The Company collects and processes identity data and contact details received from the User and any other relevant contact person.

The purposes of this processing include the performance of an agreement, customer and order management, accounting and direct marketing activities, such as sending promotional or commercial information.

The legal bases for such processing are the performance of a contract, the User’s consent, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and/or the Company’s legitimate interests.

The aforementioned personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and, unless otherwise agreed by the User, will only be disclosed to processors, recipients and/or third parties insofar as necessary for the aforementioned purposes.

The User is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided to the Company is accurate and up to date and undertakes to strictly comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to persons whose personal data they have provided, as well as with regard to any personal data they may receive from their own customers.

Personal data shall be retained and processed for as long as necessary depending on the purposes of the processing and the contractual or non-contractual relationship.

In all cases, Users’ data will be removed from our systems after a period of seven years or, in the case of a contract, seven years after the end of that contract, except for personal data that we are legally required to retain for a longer period or where ongoing legal proceedings require the personal data to be retained.

Right to rectification: the User has the right to request at any time that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected or completed.

Right to restriction of processing: the User may request that the processing of their data be restricted. This means that the data concerned must be “marked” in our IT system and may no longer be used for a certain period of time.

Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): subject to the exceptions provided for by law, the User has the right to request the deletion of their data. If the User wishes to withdraw the Company’s ability to use their personal data, they may simply write to the address referred to in Article 1 or provided on the Contact page.
